i need a longer weekend

since this one was busy, and it feels like all my weekends are busy - my own fault, certainly.  i just want another day or five of sleeping til 10.  is that too much to ask?  *laugh*  of course, if i worked noon to 8, and could sleep til 10, i would want to sleep til noon, so... yeah, i just like my sleep!!  : )  


today was nice, tho.  went over to mom's about 12:30 & had lunch (pizza).  she & anthony went to WM to get his christmas ipod touch.  leyton & i stayed home & put together a lego thing & i did a load of dishes & moved phil's laundry from the washer to the dryer.  i'm helpful like that.  *laugh*  then leyton went down for a nap (i took a mini nap) & i watched some christmas movies on abc family.  : )  awesomeness!  


leyton put on an awesome concert of jingle bells & santa claus is coming to town, but blogger doesn't like for me to post videos, so i'll just share some stills.  if you know me on FB, i'll be posting a lil video, so check it out & lemme know what you think!  : )  

when i got home, i was lucky enough to chat w/ april for a few minutes.  yay!  then i caught up w/ grimm - SUCH an excellent show!  so many dynamics going on in it.  it's a cop show, but also this whole other world... love it!  reminds me of forever knight, a bit.  (and both main characters are named nick!  ha!)


anywhoo... i guess it's time to get to bed pretty soon!  another busy week ahead, eh?  what's on tap for you this week?  : )
