seize the moment!

nothing spectacular about my monday, until phil called at 4:30 to see if i'd come play w/ leyton so phil could sleep. 

they weren't home when i got there, so i was looking around for something to fix for dinner.  when they came in, leyton shouted, "Aunt Carrie!!!!!!" and ran to give me a hug.  awwww!  : )  he was quite rambuncuous!  i fixed ramen & mini corn dogs & he ate a pretty good dinner.  altho he didn't want to sit still for most of it!  *laugh*  after dinner, he wanted to go outside - it's raining & HIGHLY windy, but aunt carrie said okay.  *laugh*  he has an umbrella!  we put shoes & his coat & hat on & he had the umbrella... which would have worked if he wasn't bent on running all over the place.  he sort of stayed on the sidewalk, tho...  heh.  at one point, the umbrella flipped inside out!  it was funny.  i wish i'd had my camera - he really was having so much fun!  unfortunately, we had to go inside after only about 10 minutes, because aunt carrie didn't have a coat!!  oh, wait, we were out there a little longer, but on the porch where we were covered & it wasn't AS windy!  we blew bubbles for a few minutes.  : )

mom got home about 10 minutes after we went inside.  we hung out for a little more & i had to get going.  hugs & kisses & i love you's and then out into the rain i went!  i needed to stop at the store, but it was raining too hard, i didn't want to get out of the car for that tonight!  it's supposed to rain most of the week, but hopefully there will be some windows of dryness so i can go to the store tomorrow.

i hope everyone had a good monday!  i was feeling slightly abandoned for some reason.  hopefully no one's mad at me for anything.  i hate when ppl are mad at me when i don't know why!  i mean, i don't like ppl being upset w/ me in general, but it's worse when they don't even tell me why.  oh well, it'll work itself out, Lord willin!  ttfn!!
