sweet saturday somethings

today was fantabulous!  slept til noon.  dreamed of many interesting things which of course now escape me, again.  bother.  bret was watching shutter island, which is just a weird movie.  i didn't get to see the end, because mom called to see if i wanted to meet her & the boys at incredible pizza.  i, of course, said YES PLEASE!  : )  (funny thing is, not 30 seconds before the phone rang, i was thinking of calling to see if i could take the boys there this afternoon!)


it was quite a fun time!  leyton & i played basketball & skeeball & anthony played football.  they both played some "When Pigs Fly" game, and of course there was Deal or No Deal, everyone's favorite!  *laugh*  

he won some tickets & was quite thrilled.  

they have route 66 mini golf and bumper cars, too!  

the blacklights in the mini golf area were making me queasy, so i ended up sitting on a bench outside the prize area, reading The Cat Who Went Up The Creek.  i left when they went to do laser tag.  : )  a little later, mom called to see if leyton could come play here for an hour or so while she & anthony went to WM.  of course i said SURE!  


we played w/ his new cars & plastic food that we'd purchased the other night at WM.  (see, i really do love WM... i'm there enough! it helps that it's right down the street.)  

he also had some pirate garb that he'd "bought" w/ his points from incredible pizza.  

leyton wanted to take some pictures, so he got some of angel and some of me, and then he wanted to take some pictures of bret as he got a bowl of cereal... 

he really can be a good photographer sometimes!  heh.  it was a really fun afternoon, and the bonus was that i was actually feeling mostly normal for all of it!!  which was really nice since i've really felt awful ALL WEEK.  


also this afternoon, misha called to ask if she could move in with us for a few months.  we talked about it, she agreed to pay rent & clean up after herself & try not to fight with her brother... he agreed the same... actually it was bret's idea, really, so i think it'll be alright.  we'll see.  idk when this is all taking place yet, tho.  


and finally, i'm going to share the postcrossings & other cards i've received in the mail lately!  : )  i don't think i've shared some of these yet, but i guess if they're repeats, hopefully they're enjoyable ones?
